Assembly Bill 190 goes into effect on January 1st, 2018, and by then everyone working within the impacted industries should have their certification. From January 1st, 2018 forward, employees will have to complete an OSHA 10- or OSHA 30-hour course within 15 days of being hired.
Our OSHA 10- and 30-hour courses are accepted in the State of Nevada and met the requirements of this bill; this includes people working in Las Vegas and Reno. Should you leave Nevada and relocate to another state, our training will be honored there as well.
Under the new Assembly Bill 190, certification will be valid for 5-years. After five years, employees will be required to renew their OSHA certification.
