This module covers a minimum of thirty (30) hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 30-hour General Industry course completion card.

This module is comprised of 23 sections, each from one or two hours in length, and covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926.

OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Course Testing:

All modules have a ten (10) question quiz that requires a score of 70 to proceed forward in the course. Each module quiz may be taken up to three times if necessary. The final exam consists of 20 questions and also requires a minimum score of 70 to receive a certificate of completion. The final exam may be taken up to three times if necessary.

OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Time to Completion:

Once you enroll in the OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training course you will have 6 months to successfully complete the course. If you do not complete the course in 6 months you will not receive a certificate for course completion.

OSHA 30 Hour Card:

A temporary printable certificate will be made available immediately upon successful completion of course. Passing participants will also receive an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Outreach DOL course completion card within 4-6 weeks.

Course Pre-Requisite:

The OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training course does not have any pre-requisites; however, the OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach training course or an equivalent of 30 hours of prior safety and health training plus 5 years of construction safety and health experience is a prerequisite for the OSHA 500 Trainer course.
