The 10 Hour course meets the state requirement for 10 hour OSHA construction training in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Missouri and Nevada. The 30 Hour course meets the state requirement for supervisor training in Nevada and New York.

Course Description - 10 Hour Construction Industry:

This course covers ten (10) hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 10-hour Construction Industry course completion card.

This module is comprised of 12 sections, covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. The successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA.

This module is comprised of 23 sections, each either one or two hours in length, and covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. The successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA.

You will be sent a copy of OSHA Standards for ConstructionYou will be sent a copy of OSHA Standards for Construction. The book will serve as an invaluable resource for referencing OSHA standards that have been covered in this course, as well as researching regulations or standards that could help in establishing a safer workplace. There is only a $5 shipping charge for the manual.

You will also find supplementary materials available for download by clicking the "Materials" tab on the menu located within the courseplayer. You can find printable course summaries of each module in addition to a syllabus of the entire 30 hour course

Course Pre-Requisites: None

OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Course Testing:

All modules have a ten (10) question quiz that requires a score of 70 to proceed forward in the course. The final exam also requires a minimum score of 70 to receive a certificate of completion. The final exam may be taken three times if necessary.

OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Time to Completion:

Once you enroll in the OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Construction Outreach Training course you will have 6 months to successfully complete the course. If you do not complete the course in 6 months you will not receive a certificate for course completion.

OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Construction Cards:

Upon successful completion of the course, our OSHA Outreach Trainer will email you proof that you have passed the course and are in compliance with outreach guidelines. As of April 1st, 2010, OSHA no longer allows "temporary certificates" to be issued.

The official email from our OSHA Outreach Trainer will serve as your temporary proof of completion until you receive your permanent OSHA 10 hour card and OSHA 30 Hour card from the US department of Labor. The OSHA card generally takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 8 weeks during a particularly busy time.
